I really appreciated Amitai’s time with us. He encouraged us to collaborate more, and he encouraged us to spend more time learning. But more than that, he is a very good software engineer, with a focus on technical excellence. He even encouraged non-technical people on teams to engage with technical people by understanding the basics of coding, and, as a programmer as well as a team lead, this focus really appealed to me.
